Straitline Companies worked on remodeling our house and adding a covered porch to our home in Evergreen from June 2011 until approximatley December of 2011. Straitline acted as the general contractor on our project. The contract value of the work done was $450,000. The project scope involved the addition to our property of a covered deck, structural alteration of the entryway and interior finish. The structural frame type involved the standard wood frame, heavy wood timber, masonry and conrete work.
Straitline renovated approximatley 3000 square feet. The project involved demolition of the interior, moving walls and windows, design and alteration of the front entryway, as well as a new covered deck. Straitline was in charge of all framing, electrical, plumbing, etc. The new entryway required new footings along with the new design. The covered porch required Straitline to design and build a covered deck with heavy timber for supports.
Straitline’s performance on this job was exemplary. I would highly recommend Straitline for any project. Not only did Straitline d and outstanding job, they picked up the slack from the kitchen and bath designer. Straitline jumped in whenever it was needed. If there were any problems, Straitline was on the phone and someone showed up that day to care of it- even when it wasn’t their responsibility. Straitline was in communication with us every day. All invoices were shown to us and were paid by us directly. Straitline was always up front about the costs and they did a good job finding subs that were competent and yet reasonable.
I have no reservations in recommending Straitline. Anyone would be fortunate to have Straitline as their general contractor.

Straitline Construction Co. did an excellent job running out project. Our project was completed in a timely manner and each job was reviewed with a fine tooth comb. This is our first construction experience that has left us free of a punch list! I would recommend then to anyone and everyone.
